We were extremely satisfied working with Jennifer Davenport and Emily Henderson. Jennifer took the time to understand our priorities and our house, which underwent a very extensive remodel/addition. She was an expert at describing the features of the house and identifying prospective buyers. She even went the extra mile to advertise our house locally and in other states. We experienced a challenging negotiation with the eventual buyer and we have both Jennifer and Emily to thank for getting the deal through.

Emily did a great job locating the perfect residence for us and navigating through a difficult closing. We were doing a 1031 exchange and went under contract with the replacement property before selling the original property. The timelines were really tight and ended up requiring us to extend a few times. It was a difficult situation where we could have lost our earnest money if we couldn't get the seller to agree to extend. Emily was able to navigate through this and get the deal done!

Emily is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Her intimate understanding of the Golden Area made us feel comfortable with the relationship from the start. She helped us make several offers before we were successful, and she was reassuring with the emotional defeat of a loss. Emily gave us a new appreciation for realtors role as a whole, especially in this extremely hot market. We certainly recommend Emily and look forward to working with her again.
